Very unprofessional. I had Leukaemia and had daily and sometimes twice daily bloodtests. After 3 attempts I will ask for someone else to "have a go". They are guided to give up after 3 attempts...

Thats it. I have seen the argument on expats that you get used to the climate in Oz and the winters feel cold but temps of 15-20 in wintertime are never going to feel as cold as the biting low temps...
