Most nurses here are dual trained so there may be a physical aspect to the scenario that needs addressing.

Scenarios I have used recently are:
Patient out in the sun for over four hours on a 40oC...

We used golden arrow, they don't have a website, they aren't the cheapest but they are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Had no probs due to them looking...

As long as your circumstances are uncomplicated (no major health or children by ex's and the ex is against things etc) and your job is on the MODL demand list, i would encourage you to do it...
