Sorry but once you cease to be resident in the UK you are no longer eligible for NHS treatment - why would you expect the UK taxpayer to continue paying for your medication when you don't live there...

I believe residents from the Netherlands can take part in the reciprocal healthcare agreement with Medicare Australia.
This means that you would be eligible only for "immediately necessary care"...

As a 175 permanent resident you will have full access to Medicare benefits from your arrival.

If your wife delivers in a public hospital you will not face any out of pocket expense...

But you cannot apply for a 175 while onshore if you have a no further stay condition imposed (even though it is an offshore visa anyway).
I assume this is true for the 457 too.

My understanding is that no further stay means exactly that and you will need to leave Australia before you apply for any other visa.

Happy to be corrected if I am wrong though!

By my calculation the total cost would be $283 for everything at HSA's capial city offices.
More if you need Hep B/C and more for some regional centres.

I would book as far in advance as you can!
