I have a cable broadband connection from ISP (coaxial), and a ADSL modem/router (RJ45). Do adaptors/connectors exist to join them together so I can use ISP(ewire)?

I have already organised the mortgage loan through a broker, and paid the settlement agent the outstanding amount. The property was part loan and part my money from previous house sale...
