Hello all

I'm in the process of trying to complete my online tax return, and its driving me nuts! I could use a little advice, and think i need an accountant. I'm also looking at home opens, an have heard that brokers offer better rates for mortgage loans than banks. Can anyone shed any on light on this for me please. I would appreciate any recommendations for both a mortgage broker, and/or accountant in the Perth area.

Go to Refund Mortgage Brokers - they give you a percentage of their fee from the banks - we got back $380.00 - better than nothing, and we were happy with their service , and our loan (we went with Rams)

Thanks for that. Am I right in assuming that other brokers don't give you a percentage of their fee? I have got someone coming around this week, will find out more, and check out Refund Mortgage Brokers.
