Where in the UK can you exchange small amounts of dollers with no charge?

Want to send some dollers over o UK inside a card, is there anywhere that will exchange for free or really cheaply, its only a minimal amount?

My daughter was 12 when we came over and I said to her(calling her bluff) that if she didn't like it we would come back after 6 months after 2 weeks of arriving SHE extended it to 2 years and now...

Thats right we did the first 2 weeks in Geelong, but it didn't quite feel right very commercial to what we were used to(Cheddar in UK!)

Well I can't believe how fast a year has gone.

We told our 12 year old daughter we'd reasses at 6 ,omths but after 2 weeks she said to extend it to 2 years, now its never; its a tricky age but she loves it here, keeps in contact with her UK...

Hiya, well we are truley settled here so have began to think about a mini/ half marathon to work towards, any ideas, mornington peninsula area or maybe melbouren, need some motivation to train!

Our panasonic LCD tv does not work, apparantly if we plug it trough a ozzie vcr/digi box it might.

Look at: www.IRT.com

You'd be looking at around £7000:ohmy:, which is ok for us as he has mares waiting for him. Horses are a lot cheaper over here.

Seems a silly question, but apart from banking and looking for a car what else should we be regstering for?where can you register for medicare?
I know it will be probably all on here but do not want...
