Great idea to start investigating now. That's what we did, before we had even been to Canada. It's easier to decide you don't want to go after you have applied than have to start the application...

Yes there is a 'moving to Canada' program in place with some of the banks put in place specifically to help immigrants. RBC were very helpful to us and we had no problem. Drop me a PM if you want...

Congratulations! We took ours in February and got our citizenship on July 1st. :thumbsup: Went to the US on our new Canadian Passports in August - so much easier - no Visa Waivers!!
