Anyway, if someone did want an alternative to the production line approach I would recomend Carla MacNeil from A&H GMAC ([email protected] tel: 902-830-9677). By coincidence Carla does live near Fall River but I know she covers the whole province and has helped people by in Parsboro, Eastern Shore etc as well as near Halifax. She's also a good friend of mine.

Jerry and Annette do deal with lot of British people coming to the Fall River area, and in some respects this is helpful in their understanding of needs and situations. Their "British" clients are, however, only a small minority of all their realty business.
In the end, as mentioned in previous posts, it is very much a case of finding the realtor who makes the best connection with you, and who can therefore help you to make the best decisions. The final decisions are the client's.
