Just spoken to guests we have in one of our homes and apparently yesterday they were in the Swan Valley and some people were out in a draught horse drawn wagon,,,doesn't the ban mean ALL horse...

Maybe a taxi that first night then hire a car local to where you are staying. Will be cheaper than $400 (oops pounds) dont have that on my keyboard....Try M2000 or Bayswater car hire, fremantle car...
