Try Oz Stays.com. We have booked a 4x2 with a pool in Mandurah for our rekkie in Feb next year. Very helpful and quick to respond to your enquiries.

Another place to try is http://www.emi-great.com/ It is a small forum for folks based in or around Mandurah and the site owners have a few short term furnished properties.
