Default Transporting our suitcases please help

Hello
I am hoping someone can help with this, we arrive at Brisbane airport on the 27 December approx 8pm, 2 adults, 2 children, 8 suitcases plus handluggage.

We are trying to find a taxi service that has a minibus that can drive us to our hotel.
We have looked at Sunair but there last coach is at 9pm and if the flight is delayed we will miss it.
Any contacts would be appreciated
thanks Danielle

We've just done exactly this! We got a car plus trailer to meet us and take us to the Gold Coast. Now, i'm writing this at 3 am Oz time, and due to jet lag i can't for the life of me recall the name of the company!! If you're interested i can find out.....i *think* it was about 170 AUD's, but after the flight it was bloody worth it.

Eight suitcases on two trollys, 4 x hand-luggage plus two young children and one pushchair was not too much fun , so seeing your name being held up on leaving customs was a bonus.

Yellow cabs have a minivan taxi. We use these quite regularly when we have heaps of people going out. Book them in advance to meet the flight and you should be right. Yellow cabs are the biggest cab firm in Brisbane.

About 1 in 5 cabs at the airport will be a maxicab. They took our 8 cases and 4 people with no trouble

They look like this.

These guys are all over the coast and have minibuses and trailers. I don't know where you want to go but they may be of use.

Disclaimer: I've never used them so don't know if they are expensive/crap/whatever.

Were the ones we used, but it was a normal car, not a limo.

No need to book them, there are taxi 'callers' outside the airport and they will call you a mini-van.

Sorry dont know any one in QLD, but another option which our guests use is stretch limmo with a trailer, not much more than a taxi, but big enough for everyone and luggage..We are in Perth...Just another option for you to google stretches in QLD
