For what my advice is worth (& I truly don't intend to across as patronising :scared: ) the advice you got from parentline is good. You really have to be the one in control or your a gonna....

The care in hospitals I find is still good under the public system. The waiting period for certain operations are quite lengthy. Although going under the private insurance umbrella isn't that speedy...

I have never EVER heard of the police actually taking any action like that before.
Usually you have to beg them to check anything of that nature out, I would say there would have been more than...

By plain do you mean vanilla as I know that's there. It's usually in tubs of two. Yeah...it's usually around the yoghurts & custards etc.

They can be a bottomless money pit. Make sure the foundations are solid. Fibro doesn't have the best re-sale value on other materials. Depending on the price it could have potential. Might be best...

You don't have to carry your licence with you, if they want to see it & you don't have it on you, you have 24 hours to produce it. Well....that's what I've always believed to be the rules anyway.

Arrhhhhh...Yeppoon is a lovely spot. I was born in Gladstone and we use to go for holidays up there when we were kids. Very fond memories of the Causeway Cvan Park. Went up there last year to visit...

We hope to settle in a wee :) village called Errol. About half way between Perth & Dundee. Both my grandparents were born there. We still have lots of family living there & we really love the area....

Firstly there is no villages in Qld :) only towns and city's. I probably would nosy up a bit north, maybe around Gladstone & Mackay could be another option. Both have a lot of industry but...

The attitude from whom? the public or the police. I don't think anybody wants drink drivers on the road. The police are pretty consistent with their random breath testing. Pretty big fines and loss...
