It depends on the manufacturer. Turn the adjuster fully one way, turn on bathroom basin tap run for a few minutes if it gets cooler turn it fully the other way.

Sounds like the tempering valve needs adjusted. Should be done by a plumber but if you pop the plastic cover off and turn the adjuster (either clockwise or anticlockwise it will get hotter or colder)...

Hi,

Buderim is more expensive than Mountain Creek, the only way you will find similar houses cheaper is by moving out to Sippy Downs/Chancellor park or other areas further away from the beach....

My original post was about the home waterwise service which you are entitled to, it doesn't matter whether you are on tank water or not. It is run by the Qld Gov. and they want all houses...
