We're on a Temp Visa but bought a house rather than rent...it' easy but does make you wonder how tricky it gets if the Visa for Permanent Residency is refused....

Check just one more time that your 20 ft container is booked for handling by a company that does personal effect imports.

At both ends. A UK exporter and an Aus importer will start...

I've lived on The Gold Coast, have a brother who's lived on the Gold Coast for 18 years and have several ex-pat friends who have done so for the last 20 years...I've spent the last 18 years staying...

Don't buy a house on either Gold or Sunshine Coast until you know the difference.... If the kids are the priority have another peek at the Sunshine Coast, not Mooloolaba because it's as Costa del Sol...

As Paul has already said we are here on a temp resident visa so no medicare! But you do get reciprocal health care for immediate and necessary care....

The bike needs to be in a crate, surrounded by everything soft and cuddly that you own....clothes, bedding, soft toys, anything.... I made mine from new and treated timber, dead easy to do and worth...
