I am not sure but it does not exist anymore. It may have been the The Subclass 676 Tourist visa. It was more than 12 months because of the re-entry element to it.

Thanks NickyC, they had a different visa last time that no longer exists. They were permitted to stay for that time. They have never overstayed a visa. We would not risk that ruining future visits.

Drove up to Gold coast from Sydney and Stopped overnight in Kempsy.It is nearly halfway but not very nice . Try to avoid it. Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour are much nicer.

real issue is to not underestimate the market, are you still in the UK, literally we waited prior to open house, filled in form on the spot and raced to the rental company to lodge, lose by 10 mins...
