http://www.realestate.com.au/cgi-bin...at=&p=10&o=def
however be aware, rentals are hard to get, sign the forms and put in a deposit within 15 mins of viewing to ensure success (deposit is not essential but puts you in 1st place), this is what it is like on Northern Beaches not sure about North Sydney
good luck

Thanks for the tip Ali,
Been hung around on Realestate for a while but just was wondering if there was any way to have things sorted out over a weekend...what does the budget look like?

Cheers,

Cheers,
did I get the area right, 400 sounds fine if you are not insisting on a house, when I did a search over 200 properties came up, that is good but as I said I do not know the area, might be worth starting a thread with the area in the title, then locals will answer

real issue is to not underestimate the market, are you still in the UK, literally we waited prior to open house, filled in form on the spot and raced to the rental company to lodge, lose by 10 mins and you have no hope there could be 20 +++++ applicants for every decent rental, all doing a similar thing
