You have a year from being issued your POE to enter Canada. 2 year Visa starts from when you arrive in Canada. Just be aware there will be a requirement to have a medical to work in a healthcare...

Surely that's wrong? Pitt Meadows is normally a little cheaper than where I am (North Delta) but only by a 1c or 2, was out and about an hour ago and we were at 1.77
