Im also relocating from TTO back to London. You need to apply for a TOR1 from a customs perspective. The choice of movers and cost will depend on how much stuff you have to move.

In the UK i used to rely on Benadryl (Acrivastine) for my allergies. I looked in the pharmacy today, i could only find Benadryl (Diphenhydramine).

Thanks i found Desjardins to be the cheapest, they also took into account my UK history with no questions/docs asked. Johnsons in QC dont have the best CS.
