My impression and actual experiece of Dell is that all will be well so long as they don't ship you a 'Friday afternoon...

I'm currently renewing a VISA (using a lawyer recommened on this site). Has anyone else renewed recently.

I work for a company that did this. We registered a company in the US and 'transferred' me in...on an L1-A.

We used an immigration lawyer though as the paperwok is frightening.
