Right on, the booklet says evidence of paid employment for over 20h a week, in a closely related occupation. It doesn't say "payslips".

The form is called "Change of Circumstances" cause it is for people whose circumstances change BEFORE receiving the visa. Which doesn't sound different at all from your case.

Go to the DIMIA website. There is a form there called Change of Circumstances. Fill it in with the marriage information and your case file number, send it to the ASPC, and there you go.
