Default IT Job consultants

Hi ,

I am looking IT Job consultants, who can help an overseas candidate
with Australian PR to get a job.

Looking at people, who will help me to get a job in Australia.
Willing to pay service fee for them.

Thanks,
Indian Guy

Very interesting indeed. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Don't look too much at them, or they might feel uneasy.

Some sad bit of news: there are thousands of people already in Australia, with their PR or born there, with many years of IT experience, that are now unemployed. Any employer that places an ad on a newspaper will get a gazillion applications, and they usually even say "Available only for Australian residents". The chance of getting a job before actually being in Australia is close to none.

Of course, you can at least try to send your resume before going, but if you are not there when/if they call you for an interview, I wouldn't expect it to go any further.

*sigh* Yeah, I wonder if there is any company left that sees the need to
sponsor for PR. Heck, I'd still pick up the agent's bill and move myself,
it it'd help.

The good news is that we hope that by the time we (hopefully) make it, the
market is stronger.

Looking at sites like www.seek.com.au shows that seems to be plenty of
jobs, if you have the right qualifications. I only looked there a long time
ago - I'm somewhat superstitious and wont check it out again until I've
received a positive ACS RPL assessment. Or never again, as things may turn
out....
