GOT IT ATLAST
Thanks to all. This group is very supportive and helpful.
I got it. Following is my time line.
Skilled Independent, with Master's from Australia.
1) Jan 17th 2002 filed the application
2) Feb 2002 asking for transcripts from the University
3) May 2002 Medicals & Police Clearance
4) June 2002 Medicals for second time, (X-Rays, in a different angle)
5) Checked with DIMA in october and January, I was told that my
application was undergoing back ground check in US and India.
6) April 12th 2003 Got a surprise
7) Sent Passports to Washington DC to get them evidenced.
"It takes what it takes and not what you think it should take." This
is the only thing that kept my hopes alive as everything went unusual
for me.
I wish you all the good luck for those waiting to hear a response.
See you someday in Australia, my favourite place on earth.

Re: GOT IT ATLAST
To all of the well wishers, I am overwhelmed with these wishes. I am
glad that I made the right choice by choosing to settle down in
Austrlia. I am heading to Melbourne. I love Melbourne.
May god help you all and wish that we come across on Flinder's street One day. Lana wrote in message news:...
