Try phoning as that usually gets a better response. Good luck. It is very stressful with schools. Is it the US system you particularly want as I think there are a couple of US schools?

You can ship wine and pay the duty. It is around £6 per bottle of wine. Probably worth it if you have decent stuff. In the UK you can buy some good wine for £5-£6 per bottle. The cheapest I have...
