Re: Another 1 to think about.

Re: Spain -What's the attraction?

Hurricanes are something you put up with whilst hoping that the building doesn't collapse. I sat out a good few over several years.
Also, not everyone lives in a shanty or a 5* hotel, there are...

Re: Moving to Bermuda

I also worked in Bermuda some years ago and it's very different now. There have been redundancies in the banks and big law firms. No one would have foreseen that in the 90s.
Before considering...

Re: Repeat Prescription - Advice

But they won't be paying twice unless he's in the Spanish system and he's not otherwise he'd have his sip card and just go to the doc.
First of all, go to a pharmacy for advice.

Re: Spain -What's the attraction?

I like living in Spain but if had British type weather then I'm sure I would leave.
If I could afford to move to the Caribbean I would go.

Re: El Corte Inglés

I love Primark. It's like Christmas shopping every day.
I love El Corte Inglés. The service in the coffee bar is great.
I love Mercadona. My first choice for the weekly shop.
I hope they all stay.

I think...

Re: Taking a car off the road for a couple of months

I don't know if you get a discount.
It has to be off the road, it's not allowed anywhere cars in general can circulate even if private, eg carparks etc as it doesn't have to be insured.
I don't...

Re: Taking a car off the road for a couple of months

You can do a "baja temporal" at trafico.
If the iv runs out during the baja period you'll have to get a new itv before you can cancel the baja. You can't drive it on the road so would have to get it...
