hi....if you really like midvalley shopping mall, why not consider staying right next to it? There is condo called 'Northpoint' there, which you can just walk across to the mall very day .:)

No specific experience but, in KL, Prince court is new-ish, and reputed amongst the locals to be a swanky, almost hotel stay look and feel etc. Prices are therefore pricier than smaller private...

yup. not an issue to keep dogs in houses/landed areas. It is also "easier" in a way in Penang as I've seen more tolerance to pets even in public areas, In Klang Valley, ie in KUala Lumpur, Petaling...

do u plan to only walk to the Train station or possibly take a bus or cab there and/or possibly some one can drop u off/pick u up daily?
