Not sure about yoga per se, but if you try crossing the road anywhere in PJ you'll get plenty of exercise! Sorry, couldn't resist!

Tried yoga years ago on a whim, didn't enjoy it unfortunately ...........but if you are ok to go to Bangsar, you may want to check out yoga dynamics?

I saw in one of your posts about where to live that you are a dog lover, yay! Good to know.
We are hoping to move to Malaysia with our dog , any places that you would recommend for dog lovers? Trying to avoid the condos.
