You can apply after 4 year and 9 months of continous stay in this country. Get the N-400 form and guideline. That should help

Did you get your licence? I am sure one can drive on international Licences for upto 6 months and than they have to change to US state licence.

To me it seems that application does stay at local office. Becoz after filing at Cleveland via Mail, I visited cleveland office twice and they were able to to pull up my whole folder....

I am not Dave W. And as I said i feel enough bad about what happened? Learnt my lesson. And i did have lot problem renewing licence. At that point i called them and they said cant help....

They do have this phone(216-535-0530) and you can call between 1pm and 4pm MOn thru Fri. This is basically to inquire about your pending application with cleveland local...

I was trying to call cleveland USCIS at 216-535-0530(between 1 and 4). Usually this line is busy but today the phone kept ringing and noone was answering.
