Its a royal pain all round... The bank are refusing to issue a more detailed rejection note because its against there policy guidelines.

The admin error that caused this was by the way because...

The current rejection notice has no amount details on it. I will suggest to her that she calls the bank to request an email that details the amount that was rejected and sent back.

Hi Former Lancastrian, thanks for the prompt reply :) Yes she has an online account in the UK, but currently its pretty much empty because all her savings are stuck somewhere in transit..

depends which route you apply under.. but guess about 3-6 months to pull together an application and about 18-24 months to get your papers through.
