Your wife had an epidural so would have been told when to push as she would have no feeling, I daresay sign language would cope with this one.

The Perineum will be cut anyway if the baby is going...

Speaking Spanish was mentioned twice in the post. Makes you wonder how all the immigrants who don't speak English (and no, translators are not always there) in the UK get through child birth.

Interesting you talking of all inclusive, Gran Canaria is my favourite bit of Spain and I've stayed full board at the Gran Canaria Princess and The Riu Palace (both very nice too) but never thought...

You mentioned Tenerife, and if thats an option I'd opt for that over mainland Spain as the weather is good all year round, no cold and rainy months :).

Drinking wine and spirits won't warm you in the cold, in fact it will encourage peripheral close down...not nice. In fact the alcohol on sale is too low in calorific value to use even in something...

Not just in Spain, my local fruit and veg shop is much the same:( Quality control is where the big supermarkets in the UK win, that and such a diverse and large range of foods makes the UK stores...
