Well it's 2012, I'm feeling soooooo good after quite a spell of illness and being hosptalised, and I feel on top of the world.

I'm Just getting used to my new forum status as male. Hope this don't offend anyone.

Best of all after months of waiting and waiting, my shiny new Spanish version Xmas prezzie (to my self) came and I have been test driving it. Wooooooooooooow.

Isn't life in 2012 sweet?

Anyone else got the feel good factor yet?

All I need to do now is off load my old gear in the classifieds, come on folk pull together and help out a poor sole.

I've got to go back to the UK shortly to sort out some urgent matters and I'm terrified. 100 mph gales, wheelie bins flying down the roads, trees falling on top of cars, snow.

Of course I'm terrified, but I haven't been home for a long while and I'm happy as can be. Terrified and happy? When my plane touches down at Stanstead, I'm going to kiss the ground as soon as I can, 100 mph gales or not.

Well, my daughter is getting married this year so we're all off to the wedding in the States and then we're off on an extended road trip .... that's something to look forward to

Well things are looking up at last, for the first time since last summer my investments are going up rather than down... so I may just stand to gain a small profit.

Yes, good news for us investors! You must still be showing a profit though if you've been in it for some time? We've been here before though many times, lots of ups and downs, you're obviously like me, not in it for the short haul. Overall I have always shown a profit, the overall trend has been up over the years.

I'm responding well to my course of treatment so I should be travelling again in a month or so, can't wait to get back to Gran Canaria and Cyprus this year.

I reckon I made 10 k last few days, that is of course is IF I can make it as quick as I lose it

I am transferring loads to a new company off shore as we speak
