Blame the government (all of them) for squeezing funding (if there ever was any) for non-fossil alternatives (eg. ethanol).

At least LPG shouldn't be affected...

Agree with Debs, our house sale fell through on Friday after three months of getting the legal stuff sorted out. So I'd wait til the contract is signed - you never know.
