Blame the government (all of them) for squeezing funding (if there ever was any) for non-fossil alternatives (eg. ethanol).

At least LPG shouldn't be affected...

I think PSS (Personal Shipping Services ; www.pss.uk.com ; 020 8688 733 ) came in at 1.5%.

Agree with Debs, our house sale fell through on Friday after three months of getting the legal stuff sorted out. So I'd wait til the contract is signed - you never know.
