K this may sound stupid Rete.. but how do you file the AOS stateside? I thought that was the whole start of this that I was filing out the AOS for stateside processess. Going to look it up myself...

The 601 was filled last year and APPROVED in December but took 7 months (207 days) to hear from the RCMP on a second request for clearance. The I-130 has not been approved as of yet as the 601...

He is coming down sometime the first of September. Not long after we leave Thursday. Will give us time to make him room and time for him to decide and pack what he wants to bring. But not too long .....
