I've found the US to be more expensive personally. Yeah I generally make more money than in the UK but when you add in healthcare and other stuff it's really about the same.

Yeah that is my experience! I had to run the gauntlet with my last claim and when i rang up and spoke to someone, the nice lady said that what should have been resolved over a wrong 'out of network',...
