Hello! I am a USC, and my husband (a UKC) is currently in the process of getting a US visa. If everything goes to plan, he will have is visa and be living with me in the US by the end of June 2011....

In that case, you probably will not qualify for DCF at the moment. Another option is for your wife to file for you in the USA, which has the same end result as DCF filing but just takes 8-10 months...
