Good luck Zesa. I too was hoping to apply for a 176 but I was rejected after I applied for Victoria for similar reasons. Now waiting after I applied for 175, five months ago.

I don't think you should be worried, actually I received my certificate letter from ACS and the status was still with assessor and it was finalized 2 weeks later.

Yes you just need someone who's working with you on a similar or superior level to make a statutory declaration like you. Including your tasks and his/her contacts as an evidence to support your own...
