if I knew exactly i'm going to work/live/etc in the U.S, i wouldn't waste time putting down the questions lol but just go for the visa.
we cant assume people's lives dont change and expectancies...

i got both VWP approved as well as 5 year B1/B2 visa issued. Australians can visit Canada up to 6 months without visa ;)
I may get the message from Change of Status*, perhaps more likely...

i would either choose VWP and a B1/B2 to enter the U.S but On the U.S government website, it says not to use VWP if you intend to change the status once in the U.S. It doesnt say you can't...

I wonder if I'm in U.S on B1/B2 visa then it would be possible to apply for a work visa with employer sponsorship( H1, E3 or J1)...

Hi monologue, it depends on case by case. if your name coincides with criminals then it would take some extra time for the department for the verification. They always say it can take up to 3 months...

Your citizenship application can be granted at anytime so best not to travel when you haven't received approval from the department. If you have to travel, you should give the department notice so...

my friend just got email from u.s consulate and they said he needs to answer Yes as he has EVER got a visa denied.
He also got his ESTA approved with that Yes answer. Now not sure if he's ok with...
