No - dont speak the lingo - just know the pleasantries. It's going to be a new team that will have a view across all functions / departments...a bit like a PMO function...

One of the best compounds in Riyadh in my opinion that does not cost an arm and a leg is Seder Village - that's where I've stayed.

In reality most of the upmarket compounds are family orientated - if you love your horses - Arizona Compound is for you.
