Jobs in banking for women - KSA
how easy is it for a lady to find a job in a bank in the kingdom? it's for my wife who is planning to join me in jeddah soon. she's currently with HSBC and has bank sales and operations background.

There are a few banks that employ the fairer sex - but the vast majority of these positions are taken up by locals.

Friends of ours were there just before us and she used to work in a bank - not sure which one or what she did - will find out.

One of our friends used to have a very good position with National Commercial Bank. They have an online application system so it may be worth a shot. Some banks have ladies only branches but they normally look for people who have some knowledge of arabic.
It may take some effort but worth a go.....
