No wouldn't reccommend the shippers mate they were crap - broke the telly - wrapped it in bubble wrap :confused:

Hiya - no not LCD - saw one today in a Dixon type place for $698 though - TV's are cheaper here.

Not sure on the UK credit card or wether it would be cost effective to use it - we had to use ours...
