How long should we keep copies of applications after they're granted? My husband has had his conditions removed from his green card, and will be filing for naturalization.

NSC I-751 Approval without interview

We received the letter yesterday that my husband's I-751 was approved without interview! Yay! He filed July 2004(receipt notice had the 12th on it I believe).

He's got his Infopass appointment...

My husband (UK) and I (US) filed a combined I-130/I-485 last year. He received his green card (stamp in passport, and 3 weeks later the real card). All of our paperwork was submitted on white paper.

Unfortunately, since you're already married, your wife cannot use a fiance visa to come back to the US. You will need to file an I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Good luck.
