Which INS office for North Carolina?
My husband and I filed a combined I-130/I-485 in St. Louis in November. He is having his medical exam this week. His FP was last week, and the interview is supposed to be in 3-4 months. We very well may be moving to NC before then. I've checked the INS website, and I guess I'm stupid because I can't figure out if our application would transfer to Atlanta or to the TSC. (And yes I know it's a hassle changing, and to send LOTS of certified letters etc.) Anybody in NC (or anywhere else for that matter 
) know? Thanks!

Ah, it would appear that there's a sub office of Atlanta in Charlotte. I believe I've answered my own question.
