Search google for "immigration law" and you'll find a plethora (that's
"whole mess" here in Georgia & Tennessee) of websites for attorneys. Most
have links that provide info on processing times.

according to ILW.com processing times as of the 09/22 they were processing times of 07/30, but this means that the application is being processed and all the IBIS checks are being done, this does not mean actual approval date, that may take up to two weeks, but as well as this audit that is happenning throughout the service centres you add another couple of weeks onto that, i hope this helps

My congress people said that they were working on may 3oth, 2002 at
msc on the last wk of sept, now m. udalls report reads june 12th, my
case noa 1 for msc is june 11, 02 and I haven't heard jack. next fri.
will be my 4 month mark so i am hoping to hear something. my cp also
said that my case is in the "hands of an officer" . if I dont hear
anything i will contact my cp again on 10-11-02. i cant believe they
have one officer to work on all the k3 cases, that is a bunch of crap.

and i do know that they are deciding on our case and i just hope and
pray he will be
here soon....thanks

I don't know if you mean KC, MO or St. Louis, MO, but we filed our I-130/I-485 with St. Louis in Nov 2001 and just got our approval--our interview was in April.
