Nearest GP is about 40 minutes away and his reputation is not excellent. Went to his surgery a couple of weeks ago and he was half an hour late arriving for a 2 hour surgery.

There are lots of medications available over the counter at farmacias in italy but obviously they will need to be paid for. i use Zantipres 30mg for BP. A month supply at one a day costs 10.89 euros...

Spot on! My new blue pp arrived within 12 weeks. Courier phoned re the packet. Collected it from a local bar. All done and dusted for another 10 years (if I survive!)

As a UK citizen but a holder of an Italian residency card can I fly Italy to Barcelona even though my UK passport expires in December?
Grateful for any in depth knowledge.

I posted 2 birthday dards at the beginning of December for grandkids January b'days. One arrived after 5 weeks and no sign of the other so I have to suspect that the problem lies in the UK.
