Only reason that bit of road might be dodgy is if there are cyclists doing a wine tour. Road is straight, flat and wide so no issues that I'm aware of, and there are several alternative routes also....

Was in paper today that average Maori Hill house price has broken through $500k, so almost certainly there will be some "OK" houses for around $400.

In my view Maori Hill is about $100k overpriced...
