Renting UK property out and not telling the lender?

Has anyone done this? what happened? We are trying to source tenants for our home in England but are not sure of the pitfalls of not being a landlord in the UK.

Couldn't agree more. Clothes are expensive and crap quality in my view. How I will miss Next and kids clothes from the supermarkets.. oh well we can't have everything
