Right, who else is celebrating New Years Eve alone?
I'll go first. I am with only two kids, both kids bathed. One is already sleeping so one to go. I have showered and I'm already in my pjamas, how sad : (... I don't want to be the only one? Anyone else going to join the lonely club?
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE. May all of us new to Australia, come to embrace it and enjoy our new lives in the land down under.

Yes...it will be a rum & coke shared with a few lads here in our camp, beside the runway at the Airport Base in Mogadishu, Somalia.
We are expecting another break-out of boredom shortly after.

me and I plan to be in bed early. I got very unusually drunk last night and so am not going to repeat that performance. I often spend NYE alone because I am a killjoy - any other night though I am fine

Oh yeah, time difference..you'll be in 2010 whilst i am still 2009 all day. Not sure if i am going out yet, depends on how i feel later. Don't fancy having a hangover NYD that's the problem.

Manning the office overnight on my own - at least I hope I stay on my own, if I end up with company it'll be because we suddenly got busy and I can live without that tonight SO I shall be here to 6.30 tomorrow morning, BE's night watch person in Aus

I am on my own tonight, Mr PP will be in at 10.30pm, we will stay up till midnight and have a glass of champagne.
Then its up at 6am tomorrow for our dolphin cruise. Dad will call me at 7.58am tomorrow morning so I can hear the UK see in the New Year with my Dad.

I won't be alone as Mr Bermudashorts will be with me. But I am poorly at the moment so expect to be tucked up in bed and hopefully fast asleep at midnight.

I shall be going to sleep very soon and not bother to see the New Year in - we havent bothered for decades now and so no reason to break with tradition. Tomorrow is DH's birthday so we will go wild and celebrate that instead.

Hope you have a quiet night - does that mean you will have to be celebrating it with something without alcohol? That's a blow!

I am on my own, as I was at Christmas. If I had the balls I'd top myself but I will carry on and find a way to move forward. I will be pissed at the Bells and on BE looking for some human contact. Be there or be normal.........
