We've been in Ottawa 4 years in February. For the most part we like it. The city is great for kids, lots of parks, great community centres with excellent well run programs / after school clubs...

Where we live in Ottawa the neighbors used to get an annual window clean and pay about $300 for it. There is definitely a gap in the market, I'd pay for someone else to clean my windows :)
