Yeah I remember that, they definitely changed the rules last year on the being in the UK at the time of application part.

Not sure about the back to back bit though.

Oh hang on were you asking whether I got two BUNAC permits back to back? I didn't I had a gap of 3 years between my student and non student visa but I had no gap between my non-student and PR...well...

I did get two back to back...I'm fast me.

I thought they'd changed the rules for the non-student visa though so you had to reserve the visa in December but have all the paperwork in by the end of...

Although I think you'd need to check with BUNAC as I just found this on the website.

I'm in Canada at present working can I apply? If you have a current work permit for Canada then you cannot...

I think you're getting confused about the 1 years work experiece...you can apply for PR with arranged employment if you have been working in a skilled position for at least 1 year, this counts any...
