Does it matter who you hire? Newcastle couldnt stick by a manager if success depended upon it (which it does).
The Toon fans define success as playing attractive football with all-out commitment, giving the fans something to be proud of and something to look forward to. It's not all about tawdry bits of silver gilt like some places. |

Wow. Doesn't cost much to impress a Newcastle lass if they're not interested in the shiny stuff.

Success takes time to achieve, especially after years without it. Ask Alex Ferguson. |

Thats the most obvious thing anyone has ever said about Newcastle:p I guess Joses style would rule him out then:)

If Moyes wouldn't leave us for the Scotland job he's hardly going to leave us for Newcastle is he? (is he?!)
With an international team, any manager is going to be stuck with a more limited pool of resources. Look at Sven-Goren Erikson. Not a great England manager yet doing well with Man City this season. |

Oh dear, I've just checked the betting again. Looks like a ton of dough is going on 'Arry... he's at 5-6 now. Big Al out to 11-4.

Sack BSA and get someone in who knows how football should be played. I'd suggest Harry Redknapp
