I spend about 40-50 hours a week at the moment alone, well me and the dog, but she can't talk and she sleeps most of the day, so its mostly just me and the internet, but modern internet there is not much chatting like the old days (thinking late 90's early 2000's) so its mostly just forums and reading, but most forums see low traffic so not much activity these days compared to the past, some of the forums I go to are now down to 1-2 new posts a week if lucky, and then its only the buy and sell sections that really have any activity.

With my wife working and taking a course (she got into a free mental health support worker program via a mental health non-profit) I spend a lot of time alone which is about the worst thing for someone with mental health problem, but I am not good at meeting people and making friends, never have been, being lonely has always been a major problem for me.
